Movement around Jan 2013 PERM audit case.
Even though DOL site shows Jan 2013 perm audit cases are processed, my PD (Jan 19th) is not processed yet. I work for top IT MNC in India and employer says wait for 3 more months for response.
Want to know next steps we should follow, how long more to wait.
